Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) jl888 Account at any given time. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different contact details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances, including deposits.
Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including their legal full name, Pakistani mobile number, valid email address, and date of birth. jl888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming the accuracy of any registration information at any time, including CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent identity document. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl888 Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jl888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact jl888 support immediately via live chat.
jl888 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification under the obligations of its international gaming authority license. KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal from any Account and may be required at any subsequent point at jl888's discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe communicated by jl888 support will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is completed.
jl888 accepts deposits exclusively through the following approved payment methods, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name and verified identity. Deposits from payment accounts held in third-party names are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension. jl888 does not accept deposits made in any currency other than PKR. No currency conversion will be performed by jl888 — Accounts are denominated exclusively in PKR.
jl888 reserves the right to impose enhanced due diligence on large deposits, including the requirement to provide proof of source of funds documentation, in accordance with the anti-money laundering obligations of its international gaming license.
Withdrawals of real-money Balance are available to verified Players who have completed the KYC process described in Section 3.4. Players may not withdraw funds that consist of Bonus Funds or that remain subject to wagering requirements. Only the real-money component of an Account Balance that has met all applicable wagering and verification requirements is eligible for withdrawal.
Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and registered account used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the following standard processing times:

The withdrawal destination (JazzCash or EasyPaisa mobile number, or bank account details) registered on a jl888 Account is locked to that Account and may not be changed without completing an additional identity verification process through the jl888 support team. This measure is implemented to protect Players against fraudulent withdrawal redirection.

All casino game outcomes on the jl888 Platform — including slot games, RNG table games, and arcade titles — are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RNG systems used by jl888's game providers are certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories and are not subject to influence by jl888 or any Player. Certified Return to Player (RTP) percentages are derived from independently audited data.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects a game round, jl888 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance. No claim for winnings that would have resulted from a technically malfunctioned game round will be honoured. jl888 will not be liable for any consequential or indirect loss arising from a technical malfunction.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports betting markets on the jl888 Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market. jl888 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time. Wagers placed in excess of the published maximum will be voided and the excess staked amount returned.
A sports bet placed on the jl888 Platform may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the relevant market is suspended prior to settlement due to a data error or corrupted pricing feed; or the bet was accepted as a result of a manifest pricing error that a reasonable Player would have recognised as erroneous. jl888 uses live third-party data feeds for PSL cricket, international cricket fixtures, UFC, and other markets — delays in those feeds do not constitute grounds for bet voiding unless explicitly accompanied by a documented data error.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jl888 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all associated funds:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for the purposes of lawful personal gaming and betting. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of jl888 Platform content constitutes an infringement of jl888's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl888's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming or betting activity shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their jl888 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jl888 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, regardless of whether jl888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted.
jl888 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, payment processing delays caused by third-party providers, and force majeure events are excluded from jl888's operational liability. jl888 will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify Players of scheduled downtime in advance where operationally possible.
jl888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice in the event of:
A Player may close their jl888 Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and jl888 regarding any game outcome, payment, bonus, or Account matter, the Player must first contact jl888 support via live chat or email at [email protected] to initiate the internal dispute resolution process. jl888 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a final internal decision within 14 business days of the complaint being formally logged.
If a Player is not satisfied with jl888's internal resolution, the dispute may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body associated with jl888's international gaming authority license. This escalation process operates entirely independently of jl888, and jl888 commits to cooperating fully with any such external review. The decision of the independent dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jl888 holds its international gaming authority license. By accepting these Terms, Players consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 14.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent jl888 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in connection with a breach or threatened breach of these Terms relating to intellectual property rights, unauthorised access, or fraud.
jl888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of a material amendment, jl888 will provide reasonable notice to Players via a platform notification or email to the registered address on their Account. Continued use of the jl888 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms.
Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent substantive amendment. If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 13.
